You are doing a great job at Langbury House.
I feel that since you have put senior staff in at the weekends, the atmosphere and care of my son has improved. Jo has been really good at managing the other staff and has ,in my view created a much better atmosphere in the home. Staff are being much more proactive and there is a more positive feeling in the home.
