Microsoft chose the companies they deemed to be among the industry’s most innovative emerging Enterprise 2.0 companies to test SharePoint’s rapid business application development platform at the first-ever SharePoint 2010 SocialFest. Held on the Microsoft Silicon Valley campus, the selected companies will build their applications on top of the SharePoint 2010 platform in the one week competition. At the conclusion of the week, each company’s applications will be judged by a panel of top tier venture capitalists, Fortune 500 customers and Microsoft executives.
