What e-mail programs does Liaise work with? |

Liaise messages can be read and responded to by any email user. The full Liaise system (including the ability to initiate messages) will initially launch on Microsoft Outlook™ with full support for other systems soon to follow. |

Does Liaise affect Microsoft Outlook's performance or stability? |
|
No. Liaise has undergone extensive testing to ensure it does not affect Outlook's stability or performance. To that end, Liaise has also been optimized to minimize any impact on processing and memory performance. |

Does Liaise affect anti-virus programs? |
|
No. Liaise does not interfere with anti-virus and email security programs and has been thoroughly tested with popular programs from such leading vendors as Symantec™ and McAfee™. |

Not right now, although we plan to release a Web edition soon. Users can presently receive and respond to Liaise message from any Webmail or Web Service that is e-mail enabled. E-mails sent or received from the Web can be converted to Liaise messages in Outlook on return to the PC. |

Does Liaise affect existing archival and compliance applications? |
|
No. Liaise smart messages are sent and received via Outlook and Exchange just like regular e-mail messages. The messages appear as regular HTML formatted e-mail to archival and compliance products. This means they can be archived along with regular e-mail by client-side, server-side or service-based archival solutions. |
